Dr. Tull has been designated as an Associate Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation. He does individual and group clergy coaching at an hourly rate. For four years he was a clergy coach for the North Texas Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church for a program called the Healthy Church Initiative. Dr. Tull's two books, Interim Ministry and Surviving and Thriving in Ministry, provide resources for ministerial effectiveness and strategies for change in the midst of crisis.
